• Advised a US based VC firm on its Series A investment in an African based genomics research service, and development company; conducted legal due diligence on the Nigerian subsidiary of the target  
• Successfully advised an African based health insurance and technology company on the procurement of its National Health Insurance Scheme accreditation in Nigeria which would allow the company to provide digital health management services across Nigeria 
• Advised a US based VC on its Series C investment in a Nigeria and Silicon Valley based health insurance technology company; advised on all aspects of the deal, including conducting due diligence on the Nigerian subsidiary, attending the management sessions, reviewing the transaction documents from a Nigerian law perspective, advising on antitrust, competition law and completion matters.
